Here is another motivational story that can boost your confidence if you’re struggling with self-doubt.
While there is no one except you who has more doubts and complaints about yourself than anyone else, often that becomes the main cause of our sloth and failure.

But Timothy Dexter was not like that. He was a very rich and prosperous person of his time because of his acumen in investing money and growing it in exceptional ways.
He also gained huge popularity for his autobiographical book, “A Pickle for the Knowing Ones.”
In his book, he talked about politics, the clergy, and his wife. The book is full of grammatical and sentence errors.
He even misspelled "United" as "Younited." He did not worry about it.
He just wanted to share his thoughts. Probably he thought that if people could understand "United," they could understand "Younited."
While this is something many people would criticize, this attitude shows a very important lesson to all of us — that we should do our work without any doubt.
Things can turn out well. People can understand things. People will praise thoughts and accept them.
But many people will not try. While they might have a good command of English and can produce outstanding work, they will not try due to self-doubt. Timothy Dexter’s attitude is an eye-opener here.
So, do you have any self-doubt?
Stop punishing yourself.
People want to hear you or read you.
